A conditionally licensed professional clinical counselor (LCPC-C) in the State of Maine, I work with adults and emerging adults with concerns about their life and mental health.

I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine, with a specialization in Family Systems, and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Education from the University of Maine in Augusta.

I turned to counseling as a second career, after years of running my own typing and transcription business. Like all of us, I have struggled and stumbled in life—what I bring to our work is not expertise in what is right and wrong, but the ability to be present with you as you face the struggles and challenges of your life. I love this field because I get the privilege of getting to know others in a sincere and deep way, and to make a positive difference in their lives.
